An ancient knowing, infused with codes, healing and wisdom. When placed on and around the body they harmonise, balance and uplift the body’s field and vibrational frequency.
Infused with an intention and purpose, their influence can be incredibly subtle yet deeply powerful.

Crystal Activation sessions are a holistic practice, centered around redirecting the flow of energy in and around the body to support both physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Personalised healing can occur on all levels and is tailored to your unique intention.
Lying fully clothed on a massage table, you will enjoy deep rest, breath work and guided visualisations to amplify your set healing intention. All while being supported and uplifted by the crystals placed on and around your body.
Each and every Crystal session is gentle, peaceful and profound. There is as much dialogue and communication as you choose and every experience is unique to your goal or intention.
Online sessions
Crystal Activation works predominately on the energy body, which knows no time or space. Distance healing can be just as powerful.
I still work with the energy of the crystals and your intention, but the framework is slightly different.
For those who choose to have a session via zoom, it is important you have a quiet space to lie down and be uninterrupted and keep your device close by so you can hear my voice.
